Roles and Responsibilities

• Pleasing personality with excellent communication skills and soft skills.
• Must have experience in inbound or outbound.
• Must have a zeal for acquiring maximum sales.
• Must have good convincing skills.
• Responding to inquiries concerning things.
• Posing questions to comprehend patient’s necessities and close leads.
• Acquiring and updating an individual's contact details.
• Understand the patient’s needs/requirements and pitch the diagnostic tests and health package.
• Meeting daily and monthly targets concerning call volume and sales.
